Real Estate and Land Use

Bruce F. Cohen leads our real estate and land use practice, advising clients on all matters related to the development, leasing, purchase, and sale of commercial and residential real property. This includes representing clients before local land use boards and commissions. A key part of our team is Land Use Analyst Michele A. Cronin, AICP, who leads our firm’s Planning Department.  Ms. Cronin collaborates closely with Attorney Cohen and uses her comprehensive knowledge of local zoning ordinances and permitting processes to help clients resolve a wide array of complex land use issues and navigate complicated local, state, and federal land use laws, regulations, and procedures.
